Cicero - The Six Mistakes of Man
1 The delusion that personal gain is made by crushing others.
2 The tendency to worry about things that cannot be changed or corrected.
3 Insisting that a thing is impossible because we cannot accomplish it.
4 Refusing to set aside trivial preferences.
5 Neglecting development and refinement of the mind, and not acquiring the habit of reading and studying.
6 Attempting to compel others to believe and live as we do.

Since I went from exercising 15 minutes every other day to daily, one-hour, fast-paced walking overnight, there may be an increase in the number of calories over the next…undefined period of time.

● 5 cups (5 servings) Publix 2% Reduced Fat Milk (630 calories)
● Four cups tap water
● Amy’s Asian Noodle Stir-fry (290 calories)
Total: 1300 calories

Whew. Sorry for the break in posting; I’ve been moving into uni and still have yet to get my Internet set up!
So while I’m still at my old apartment:

I am losing more and more weight. I went to my doctor yesterday and got a pleasing result for my actual weight (since my scale at home is about 3-5 pounds off), and it reported that I am about 4 pounds less than I thought I was. Quite exciting. :)

New Year’s Eve Breakfast
I am starting a list with what I eat each day that will be updated to the best of my ability (except maybe when I’m on vacation and such, etc. blahblah) simultaneously with/for my friend Tabitha. I will list the product, how much of it I ate (keep in mind this will be an estimation since I don’t actually measure out what I eat), and its nutrition facts according to http://www.fatsecret.com/ (it seems to have the most accurate and updated labels compared to what it really says on the box). Here, for example, is the meal I am finishing up right now:
